Why wouldn't it get replaced with a new one Another neighbor has water damage in the bathroom, and was told not to worry about it. For example, my neighbor has a bad refrigerator, the motor has been replaced three times and it's still not fixed. 5 I see Mgmt trying very hard to cut costs and they have diminished the trust of people. They were diminished in number but now they are back in force. I think they put down poison once and stopped. I see more and more insects in my apartment ants, spiders, silver fish, 4 snail infestation. 1 Pool temp has gone down a lot, 2 pool and hot tub look like the always need to be cleaned, 3 Pest control used to come around regularly - now I rarely see them. It is very quiet up here in The Overlook. It is so nice to go to the office with an issue or to get a cup of coffee, having a chat with the ladies and then other neighbors come in to say hello. I believe they really care about the community. They run a tight ship, yet without an attitude. Most importantly they keep everything running smoothly. The leasing manager, and the assistant leasing manager are fabulous Welcoming, warm, with a good humor about them. My neighbors do not to seem to mind when I play pandora on the loud side, not to loud, I am a good neighbor. And I love my neighbors now that I am in a larger apartment. I loved my neighbors when I was in the smaller apartment. I had a one bedroom here at The Overlook for two years, surely much smaller, it was cozy, modern and easy to keep clean. Upper floor so the sun makes the apartment very bright.
